Design philosophy: As a designer, I hold true to one thing: to fall in love with design and not to fall in love with my design. I’m a strong believer in form follows function in any design, whether it is Product, P.O.P., or Graphic. I feel it is my job to help inform consumers and to help them make an educated decision on their purchase.
On my resume I have outlined my professional and educational background. I graduated from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design in 2002 with a major in Industrial Design and a minor in Communication Design. After graduation, I held design positions at DCI Marketing and Rapid Displays, which exposed me to many areas of the display industry. I have been instrumental in designing fixtures for Harley Davidson, Volkswagen, Samsung and Verizon.
In October of 2008, I decided to broaden my career and accept new challenges by starting my own company as a freelance designer. My passion for design is driven by my creative energy. I believe I have a great deal to contribute to the design industry given my experience, education, and interest. I am confident you will find that I exhibit intelligence, initiative, and dependability.
Specialties: 3D Studio Max 2015, Solid Works 2015, Adobe CC, and Rapid Visualization techniques both in 3d renderings and sketch form. I also can create production level drawings for prototypes and production parts or full displays.
